Know your prostate
The prostate is the gland of the male reproductive system.
It secretes the seminal fluid, a milky substance that combines with sperm produced in the testicles to form semen.
The prostate surrounds the urethra, a passage that transports urine and sperm out of the body. During sexual climax, the muscles in the prostate propel the semen through the urethra and out through the penis.
